Any and all warranty is only representative as in accordance with federal, state and local law and ordinances. Performance Starter & Alternator, Inc also referred to as “Performance, Inc.” for purposes of this document only, is furnishing all items “as is”. Performance, Inc does not provide any warranty of the item whatsoever, other than replacement for the period of one year from the time of original purchase or refund or partial refund of original purchase price or rebuild price only at the discretion of Performance, Inc., whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranty that the contents of the item will be error-free. Any items to be returned unused by the original purchaser to be inspected by Performance, Inc for refund not including shipping to or from fees are to be returned within the period of 30 calendar days of purchase.
In no respect shall Performance, Inc incur any liability for any damages, including, but limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of, resulting from, or any way connected to the use of the item, whether or not based upon warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise; whether or not injury was sustained by persons or property or otherwise; and whether or not loss was sustained from, or arose out of, the results of, the item, or any services that may be provided by Performance, Inc. Any or all items that any person who legitimately purchased the correct parts for the correct vehicle as recommended by Performance, Inc application data may return any unused, uninstalled parts to Performance, Inc (after contacting Performance, Inc and obtaining return authorization by email) for a period of 30 calendar days. Any or all items that any person who legitimately purchased the correct parts for the correct vehicle as recommended by Performance, Inc application data may return any suspected defective under normal wear, normal conditions, properly installed in a non commercial vehicle with exposure to normal use and mileage (15000/yr) parts to Performance, Inc (after contacting Performance, Inc and obtaining return authorization by email) for a period of 1 year with proof of purchase and personal certification that other parts on the vehicle were not at fault causing aforementioned limited warranty covered parts to possibly prematurely fail. Any and all returns for 1 year warranty are subject to replacement with new or equal interchangeability replacement parts or full or pro rated refund at the discretion of Performance, Inc.
If a recognizable person appears in this video, use for commercial purposes may infringe a right of privacy or publicity. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE BEFORE ORDERING WITH REGARD TO POSSIBLE TIME CONSTRAINTS:
There is of course, the time factor. If you are working with an emergency, or emergency related or emergency depended vehicle, you should always have a backup plan. Occasionally (not normally) certain starters and alternators will be considered non rebuild-able from uncommon exposure to previous abuse, previously being rebuilt, possible non interchangeable parts, mechanical mishap during rebuilding or dis assembly, and various other low statistical occurrences. Also, additional parts rarely are needed to complete the job in a reliable manner. You will have to contact us for support, and the situation could take 2 or more days for parts to arrive depending on the time of day that we are notified of a problematic situation.
